To all prospective manufacturers:
Hirsch Design LLC is now offering an exclusive or non exclusive licensing agreement for the manufacturing, production and distribution of the all electric, state of the art Comoto motorcycle. The proposed Licensing Agreement would be executed between Jeffrey Hirsch of Hirsch Design LLC and the selected manufacturer. That Agreement would consist of the following exhibits:
Exhibit A – An exclusive or non exclusive licensing agreement.
Exhibit B – All intellectual property, including AutoCAD assembly and utility patent
drawings.
Exhibit C – Registered Trade Mark name: COMOTO.
Exhibit D – Domain web address www.comotoride.com
Exhibit E – Retain Jeffrey Hirsch as consultant at an agreeable hourly rate.
Exhibit F – Hirsch Design also has another series 2 bike design that falls under the same
utility patent, which is pedal assist and a much lighter design.

The 2010 Comoto was conceived and engineered by Jeff Hirsch of Hirsch Design. The Comoto was meticulously designed, and, entirely hand built from the ground up, using only high strength 6061-T6 alloy aircraft aluminum sheet metal in its unique monocoque frame design. No welding is used, except or a few cross members and head tube, therefore there is very little welding to lose the structural integrity of the T6 temper. Only world class high end electronics and high intensity components were chosen for the Comoto's overall strength, weight savings, handling and aesthetic look.
The Comoto is a 100% all electric, all aluminum alloy, lightweight motorcycle. Specifcally well suited for commuting, off-road use and agencies requiring security vehicles.
